Two ways to buy
Bulk wholesale is unlabeled oil in liters, jerrycans, 200 L drums, or 1000 L IBC totes for factories and refill brands. Private label is the same oil filled into your bottles with your label, usually at a lower unit MOQ than a full drum program.
Both need a spec: cosmetic or culinary, organic or conventional, pack type, and destination. Mixing those choices after production is how lots get delayed.
Private label is packaging and artwork. Wholesale is ingredient supply. Decide which problem you are solving.

What to send an exporter
Volume, bottle or drum format, whether you need a dropper or pump, label files, and any organic claim. Ask for lead time, sample bottles, and the document set (COA, SDS, origin, organic).

It can be the same cosmetic grade. Pack and lot documents change with the format you order.
