Check color, odor, and skin feel against your spec.
Most brands outside Morocco buy argan oil from exporters who pack in Agadir or Casablanca and ship by air or sea. The website is only the front door — the file behind the first order is what matters.

Ask for a sample, a specification sheet, and a recent COA. Confirm whether the quote is cosmetic or culinary, organic or conventional, and which pack (liters, drums, IBC, labeled bottles).
SDS, origin, and organic certificates should be available as PDFs, not “we will see.” Freight terms (EXW, FOB, CIF) change the landed cost — get them in writing with lead time.
If an exporter cannot match a lot number on a drum to a COA, you do not have traceability.
Stock photos only, no Moroccan address, prices that undercut labor, and refusal to sample are warnings. So is mixing cosmetic and culinary into one unnamed “pure argan oil” SKU.
We publish packing options, certification, and a contactable export desk in Agadir for this reason.

Pure bulk often starts around 5 liters. Private label bottle runs may start near 50–100 units depending on the pack.
Many can fill and label at source. Confirm bottle type, artwork, and whether organic claims are allowed for that lot.
Express and air are faster for small lots. Drums and IBC totes usually move by sea. Ask for a dispatch estimate with the quote.
