Pharmacies and organic beauty counters in Casablanca and Rabat are a safer retail channel than open-air stalls. Labeling, batch codes, and storage are closer to what a regulated cosmetic product should look like.

Why pharmacy shelves are different
A pharmacy buyer expects a named manufacturer, an ingredient list, and storage away from sun. That does not guarantee every bottle is the best oil in Morocco, but it cuts the worst medina risks: perfume, unmarked plastic, and no batch trail.
Organic beauty shops in larger cities often stock ECOCERT or equivalent marks. Read the INCI. If argan is buried in a blend, you are buying a formula, not pure oil.

A 30 ml pharmacy bottle is fine for personal use. It is the wrong format for a brand, salon chain, or factory. Those buyers need drums or private-label filling, plus COA and SDS — which a shop receipt does not replace.
Pharmacy oil is a quality shortcut for travelers. It is not a wholesale supply chain.
