Three ways to use it on hair
Leave-in: 1–3 drops on damp or dry ends after washing. This is the daily method for shine and frizz control.
Pre-shampoo: warm a small amount through mid-lengths, wait 20–30 minutes, then wash. Overnight masks work on dry or thick hair — protect your pillow and wash in the morning.
Roots need less oil than ends. If hair looks flat, you started too high on the shaft.

Dry, color-treated, curly, and heat-styled hair usually show the difference first. Fine hair still works with a single drop on the last two inches. Pair with a gentle shampoo; oil is not a substitute for cleansing.
